Shipping Policy
This policy explains how AISAN UNION TRADING (AISAN UNION TRADING INC) processes, ships and delivers orders placed through this store.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CT on a business day are picked and handed to the carrier the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Rates and methods
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.
- We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders at this time.
- Battery-powered and power-station products. Orders containing lithium batteries ship by ground service only and cannot be sent by air. We cannot ship these items to PO boxes.
Delivery estimates
- Contiguous US: typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories: typically 4 to 10 business days.
- Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays, address accuracy and loss
- Please check your delivery address before confirming the order. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
- If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace.
- Parcels returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
- Weather, carrier disruption and peak-season volumes can extend transit times beyond the estimates above.
